Sự kiện được phối hợp tổ chức bởi Làng Design Thinking Techfest VN, Trường Đại Học Công Thương TP.HCM và Liên Minh Design Thinking Vietnam – Vietnam Design Thinking Alliance.
Design Thinking – Tư duy thiết kế được viết bởi một Giáo sư tại Đại học Stanford vào năm 1959. Đến năm 1970, Học viện Thiết Kế của trường Đại học Stanford đã chuẩn hoá quy trình của Tư duy Thiết kế thành 5 bước và đưa vào chương trình đào tạo cho đến ngày nay.
Tư duy thiết kế là phương pháp sáng tạo và linh hoạt để giải quyết các vấn đề và tạo ra những giải pháp mới trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau, từ thiết kế sản phẩm và dịch vụ cho đến thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng và chiến lược tổ chức. Tư duy thiết kế đặt lợi ích của con người vào trung tâm của quá trình thiết kế và đảm bảo rằng các giải pháp được tạo ra thực sự phục vụ và tạo ra giá trị cho người dùng.
Các công ty đa quốc gia trên thế giới như Apple, Google, Uber, SAP, Cisco, Samsung, IBM, PepsiCo, P&G, Nike, Bank of America, IDEO, Singapore Goverment, The US Tax… đều đang ứng dụng tư duy thiết kế trong các hoạt động. Các trường đại học hàng đầu trên thế giới dạy phương pháp liên quan — bao gồm Stanford, Harvard. Tại Việt nam, Goldsun Media Group, VNPT Technology, FPT Play, Đại học Fullbright… đang ứng dụng phu để mang đến sự sáng tạo cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ.
Liên Minh Design Thinking Việt Nam – Vietnam Design Thinking Alliance (VDTA) thực hiện các nhiệm vụ: tư vấn, nghiên cứu, huấn luyện, phát triển các phương pháp, tư duy, ứng dụng Design Thinking trong các hoạt động đổi mới sáng tạo. Mục tiêu của VDTA là góp phần kiến tạo các nhà đổi mới sáng tạo tiên phong, từ đó hình thành nên các startup & doanh nghiệp sáng tạo.
Innovation Tour tạo ra môi trường kết nối, học hỏi, gặp gỡ các startup, doanh nghiệp, tổ chức, các chuyên gia, nhà khoa học. Chương trình tổ chức các hoạt động như sự kiện kết nối, thuyết trình, đóng góp ý tưởng, tham quan, tương tác, trải nghiệm để khám phá tính sáng tạo, đổi mới ở chiến lược của tổ chức, văn hoá doanh nghiệp, mô hình kinh doanh, qui trình vận hành, ứng dụng công nghệ trong phát triển sản phẩm, dịch vụ … và các không gian làm việc đổi mới sáng tạo.
Các hoạt động trong Innovation Tour sẽ giúp cho những người tham gia phát triển góc nhìn đa chiều, sâu sắc, thực tế, thấu hiểu thị trường và có cơ hội chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, hỗ trợ nhau cùng phát triển.
